Invalid argument to date encode

Spybot S&D 1.6.2.46 running on an old Dell LatitudeCPX Laptop with win2ksp4 appears to startup and do a scan just fine.

It found 50 problems over in 9 or so areas (all designated "browser".)

But when I hit fix problems (after clicking "yes" to delete) I get an "Invalid argument to date encode" error.

I get the same error when saving log files or report files or saving either to clipboard.

Am I doing something wrong here?
