Please help non stop pop ups possible virus?

Please help..I lave pop ups and viruses and what says worms...a friend of mine said to send email in this forum of spybot...Can you please help? She said to run Hijack this but do not scan...here is a copy of what it looked like:

I apologize for the delay in responding, but as you can probably see the forums are quite busy.
Unfortunately there are far more people needing help than there are helpers.

If you still require help please do the following


OTScanIt

1. Please download OTS.exe by OldTimer and save it to your desktop.
2. Double click on OTS.exe to run it.
3. Put a checkmark in the Include 64Bit Scans box
4. Under Additional Scans section, put a check mark next to Reg - Uninstall List. ( you will need to scroll down)
5. Click on the Run Scan button at the top left hand corner.
6. OTS will start running. Once done, Notepad will open. Please post the contents of this Notepad file in your next reply.
