Win32.Agent.wel; Win32.FraudPack, DNSFlush.cws

I have been getting the above 3 results from scans on my SpyBot. Sometimes all three of them come up and it can fix the DNS and Fraud and it can't fix the Agent, or it can only fix the DNS. Either way whatever it removes always comes back. I have immunized after removal and everything.

Is there anything I can do with Spybot S&D that I am not doing that will help me out with this?

I am very much a newb to fighting viruses and everything and finding and pasting DDS reports so I didn't know if I should come here or the malware section. My mistake if I am int he wrong place.

But if the things Spybot is finding return again after that,you might want to ask for help in malware removal.
