Description:

ErrorDoctor gets downloaded by adware. It claims to be a PC cleaning tool. When the user starts a scan, it finds some harmless cookies declared as high risk security problems. If the user wants to get these problems fixed by ErrorDoctor he has to purchase a license.

Removal Instructions:

Important: There are more files that cannot be safely described in simple words. Please use Spybot-S&D to remove them.

Registry:

You can use regedit.exe (included in Windows) to locate and delete these registry entries.

• Delete the registry key "ErrorDoctor" at "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\".

If ErrorDoctor uses rootkit technologies, use our RegAlyzer, RootAlyzer or our Total Commander anti-rootkit plugins.
