Rootkit Scan: Unsure about results

Hi!

I have suspected that i have some kind of malware and have run a few scanning programs.
When running Rootkit Scan i found a lot of entries that could be rootkits.
I understand some of them, for example dropbox needs to be able to change my files from remote for it to function, but I'm unsure about most of them.

I do not want to remove anything unless I am sure and would like someone to take a look at it.
The problem is that the scan log is so large that i cannot fit it into one or even many posts.

What should i do? Take examples of the ones that have lot of similar entries?

That are probably no Rootkits.

If you want you can send your log to: detections(at)spybot.info .
