Vendor Appeals Process

Dear Spybot

Just curious as to whether you will be adopting some sort of formal Vendor Appeals process along the lines of the best practices proposed by the Anti-Spyware Coalition? (Of which you are a member).

I would greatly appreciate knowing this since we have had a lot of trouble communicating with Spybot in the past to resolve our differences and would like to have another attempt at an amicable resolution.
