computer slow with wireless internet on and off

Hello:
I am not sure what happened to my computer, it kept dropping my signal for the internet. I installed the drivers for the wireless but still having trouble. Computer is slower than usual. please advice.

In case you missed it please see the Malware Removal Forum sticky which includes instructions in post #2 on how to provide the logs from Farbar Recovery Scan Tool and aswMBR, which are the logs used in the preliminary analysis.
