You can use regedit.exe (included in Windows) to locate and delete these registry entries.

• Delete the registry key "{A8516F49-8046-4295-8EE9-C59D5041C9E2}" at "HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Interface\".
• A key in HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\ named "SP.SmartPops", plus associated values.
• A key in HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\ named "SP.SmartPops.1", plus associated values.

If Network Essentials.SmartPops uses rootkit technologies, use our RegAlyzer, RootAlyzer or our Total Commander anti-rootkit plugins.
