Please advise. I think I am fine now, but I haven't done the steps to remove combofix yet, and will wait until instructed to do so. The startup entry for "jobmefoma" that runs "beyezuki.dll" appears to have not come back now, thanks to combofix. There was also a blank startup entry (appears to be gone too) that spybot said had worms in it. I haven't re-enabled teatimer either.

Oh, and I also uploaded my malware bytes' log file attached to this post. (Forgot about this log until just this moment, sorry.)
