Do you have selected to save the file on disk?
Or did you just open/run the file as a download option?

I just bought the RC2 version and now I can not install due to the same error. I ask for help. The curious thing is that the 162 version was installed without any problem.

The way I found was: get into save mode w/ network and install the spybot2 (over the 1.6.2 version already installed). Then, get back to normal mode, with both versions running together. After that, I receive an e-mail from you with the link for me to do a new download of it. Which I did and this time in normal state and over the already running spybot2. One detail: after I installed spybot2 from save mode the installation of the program remains in basic mode (opposed to the full mode that is now).
