Think I have a problem - please help!

Hi,
Computer keeps freezing when I go to websites such as facebook. Computer will randomly lose connections while other internet sources in the house are still working. Cpu usage also maxes out. Any help would be appreciated.

Sorry, when I looked after the four days there was no response, I then added the threads to the waiting room. they vanished and I could not find how to locate my threads. Apologies for the time that your volunteers used on these threads. Is there a way to find my threads from my profile or link to it?
