Click.GiftLoad removal issues

Hi

I have been trying to remove Click.GiftLoad virus for several days now, and have tried everything I can think of to no avail.

I've tried TDSSKiller, but it stops when the program is loading, ComboFix makes the computer crash.

Any help would be great appreciated! Thank you!
