Please use Windows Explorer or another file manager of your choice to locate and delete these files.

• The file at "<$FAVORITES>\Domain registration.url".
• The file at "<$FAVORITES>\Gambling!.url".
• The file at "<$FAVORITES>\Life insurance.url".
• The file at "<$FAVORITES>\SPYWARE UNINSTALL.url".
• The file at "<$FAVORITES>\VIAGRA.url".
• The file at "<$FAVORITES>\WEB HOSTING.url".
• The file at "<$SYSDIR>\d3dxov.dll".
• The file at "<$SYSDIR>\msacmx.dll".
• The file at "<$SYSDIR>\rpcnt4.dll".
• The file at "<$SYSDIR>\rshe.exe".
• The file at "<$SYSDIR>\servises.exe".
• The file at "<$SYSDIR>\tasknsngr.exe".
• The file at "<$SYSDIR>\winsrv32.dll".

Make sure you set your file manager to display hidden and system files. If Tasknsngr uses rootkit technologies, use our RootAlyzer or our Total Commander anti-rootkit plugins.
You will have to use a global search for files without a name specified. Be extra careful, because just the name might not be enough to identify files!

Important: There are more files that cannot be safely described in simple words. Please use Spybot-S&D to remove them.

Registry:

You can use regedit.exe (included in Windows) to locate and delete these registry entries.

• Delete the registry key "{375B5C95-FF2F-4F4E-91BF-C4B552528219}" at "HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\".
• Delete the registry key "{85CBFDE0-B26B-4EE5-BD3C-4DE111DE763E}" at "HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\".
• Delete the registry key "{FEE688DE-6CAA-459E-80E5-FE09DC361C7B}" at "HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\".
• Delete the registry key "{85CBFDE0-B26B-4EE5-BD3C-4DE111DE763E}" at "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Browser Helper Objects\".
• Delete the registry key "{FEE688DE-6CAA-459E-80E5-FE09DC361C7B}" at "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Browser Helper Objects\".

If Tasknsngr uses rootkit technologies, use our RegAlyzer, RootAlyzer or our Total Commander anti-rootkit plugins.
