If you have problems with the installation of Spybot, I would like you to do that:
Please read this FAQ: "BEFORE you POST"(READ this Procedure BEFORE Requesting Assistance)
Then start your own thread in the Malware Removal Forum and post your HijackThis logfile. An analyst will advise you as soon as available.

Before heading to malware removal ;) please give some details about the computer.
- The operating system.
- Security software installed.
- Has the computer showed any signs of infection and do you have a problem downloading or accessing any other security program.
To break it down a bit, do you have a problem connecting to the server to download or the installation.Quote:
