Please use Windows Explorer or another file manager of your choice to locate and delete these files.

• The file at "<$WINDIR>\Downloaded Program Files\eheflash.dll".
• The file at "<$WINDIR>\Downloaded Program Files\ehelper.dll".
• The file at "<$WINDIR>\Downloaded Program Files\ehelperh.dll".
• The file at "<$WINDIR>\Downloaded Program Files\eservice.dll".
• The file at "<$WINDIR>\Downloaded Program Files\eservice.inf".
• The file at "<$WINDIR>\Downloaded Program Files\ehetle.dat".
• The file at "<$WINDIR>\Downloaded Program Files\ehetli.dat".
• The file at "<$WINDIR>\Downloaded Program Files\eheule.dat".
• The file at "<$WINDIR>\Downloaded Program Files\eheuli.dat".

Make sure you set your file manager to display hidden and system files. If CnsMin.EasyService uses rootkit technologies, use our RootAlyzer or our Total Commander anti-rootkit plugins.
You will have to use a global search for files without a name specified. Be extra careful, because just the name might not be enough to identify files!

Registry:

You can use regedit.exe (included in Windows) to locate and delete these registry entries.

• Delete the registry key "{D8F256B-6AB8-4398-8F86-1E56207DB77A}" at "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Code Store Database\Distribution Units\".
• Delete the registry value "{E5E4E352-6947-44EE-A420-DB84EFD3FE93}" at "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\URLSearchHooks\".
• Delete the registry value "{E5E4E352-6947-44EE-A420-DB84EFD3FE93}" at "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\UrlSearchHooks\".

If CnsMin.EasyService uses rootkit technologies, use our RegAlyzer, RootAlyzer or our Total Commander anti-rootkit plugins.
