explorer.exe using 99% of my CPU! (HJT log included)

Hey guys, for quite some time I have been infected with what I believe is vundo virus. a week ago, tens of USBs were plugged into my system and several of them had this virus for it is being spread all over the place now (with a "27 july fotos" yeah its written as fotos) its a virus if you open it)

about a couple of days ago, my pc's performance has hit rock bottom. it is VERY slow, if I click on a folder the desktop just freezes even though I can still use the explorer. when i try to get into my pc, it keeps on givin me a blank page with the searching logo in it. I tried AVG and malwarebytes. AVG finds a couple of reg trojans but isn't able to remove them.

I'm pretty much a noob with pcs and not technical at all. But for some I wanted to check my cpu usage and explorer.exe is using 50% of my cpu and more recently its using 99% (the latter one is becoming more frequent)

I can not promise fast or easy, only that I will do my best to get the junk off your computer. If that works for you, we will start like this.

1) Please do not enable TeaTimer while we work together.

2) Though you said you ran MBAM, I would like to see the results of a scan. Please make sure you are updated to at least:
Version 1.40 (Database 2599 8/11/2009) and that you run the program as instructed. No need to download again if you still have the program.

Download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware to your Desktop
http://www.malwarebytes.org/

* Double-click mbam-setup.exe and follow the prompts to install the program.
* Be sure a checkmark is placed next to Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, then click Finish.
* If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
* Once the program has loaded, select Perform FULL SCAN, then click Scan.
* When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
* Be sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
* When completed, a log will open in Notepad. Please save it to a convenient location. The log can also be opened by going to Start > All Programs > Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware > Logs > log-date.txt
* Please post contents of that file & a new HJT log in your next reply.

Note: If MBAM encounters a file that is difficult to remove, you will be presented with 1 of 2 prompts. Click OK to either and let MBAM proceed with the disinfection process. If asked to restart the computer, please do so immediately. Failure to reboot will prevent MBAM from removing all the malware.

3) Post also an uninstall list: Open Hijackthis.
Click the "Open the Misc Tools" section Button.
Click the "Open Uninstall Manager" Button.
Click the "Save list..." Button.

When I run combo fix it keeps on telling me that AVG free is still active even when I have exited the program. Then it keeps telling me that combo fix will still run at your own risk. I click on X and exit the program. should I leave it to run or what?
Considering how powerful this tool is I don't want to take a decision by myself that could mess up my pc.

If you will right click the AVG icon in System Tray and click exit, then OK any requests. After that, please run combofix anyway.

4) Run ATF Cleaner
Double-click ATF-Cleaner.exe to run the program.
Click Select All found at the bottom of the list.
Click the Empty Selected button.
Click Exit on the Main menu to close the program.
