I am having a problem with multiple IE.

I am having a problem with IE. It is taking over my PC. I've done spyware scans with Windows Defender from Microsoft and Spy Sweeper. I have also used Spybot. The only problem they ever show is that I have some cookies that need to be removed. I've also done a full McAfee scan. However, now multiple windows of IE are being opened up. 30 or more in a few seconds. I've done Hijack, but I don't see anything. It seems to trigger when I use the keyboard.

Hows that pc still problematic ?

I dont see any of the recent spyware/bots, check NoAds web site to see if it is compatable with ie7 please.
