new at spybot and wanting a little advice

Hi there Im very new to all of this. I just downloaded spybot and am running a scan and Im just noticing that its searching through Porn sites, adaware and attachments that we have never had or downloaded to our computer?
EBlaster
PornHUB
Exat advertising
Marketscore
etc...

What does this all mean? Im a little worried I downloaded something that will be putting malware or adware onto our computer?

When you see those things during a scan,it's just what Spybot is searching for.If anything is found,it will show at the end of the scan,in the results. :)
