windows7 - issue with imunisation / hosts file

Hi,

Hosts file for Windows7 is different like in Vista or XP.


# localhost name resolution is handled within DNS itself.
# 127.0.0.1 localhost
# ::1 localhost


Now, resolution for localhost is under comments which caused establishment of connections to immunized sites.
In my hosts file modified by Spybot is first immunized site is www.007guard.com
Therefore I cans see connection to this site.

Is it real and dangerous connection?
Should I modify hosts file and clear comments for two localhost lines?
