Getting IRQL LESS or Not Equal Error.......

Hi, I have a relatively new computer that just started getting this BSOD error. Before when I've gotten it, it was caused by spyware on my computer. Well, ive run every anti virus and anti spyware program ive found, but nothing seems to work. I was reccomended to post a hijack this log file and have someone tell if anything seems wrong. here it is

Disable any script blocker, and then double click dds.scr to run the tool.

• When done, DDS will open two (2) logs:
  1. DDS.txt
  2. Attach.txt
