Internet Explorer 9 won't load after installing Spybot

After Installing Spybot Processional Internet Explorer says "it has stopped working", tries contact MS for a solution and then stops.

Running Windows 7.

Scans after installing Spybot it did find and remove a number of items.

Assistance is much appreciated.

Lastly, I could not find out how to turn off Tea Timer in Spybot Professional.
