Slow Computer/ Is my Computer Clean?

Well to start off with im not positive that im posting this in the correct area so sorry if im not.

Here is what i need, my computer lately has been running very slow and i wanted to know if you could tell me if it is clean or not. I ran spybot and it didn't come up with anything. Here is my HJT log and i am currently running a kaspersky online scan that should be done tomorrow unless my computer takes longer then expected. Also if it is clean can you tell from the scans what is making my computer slow?

Did you run Kaspersky online scanner. May I see its report, please?


Download Deckard's System Scanner (DSS) to your Desktop. Note: You must be logged onto an account with administrator privileges.

1. Close all applications and windows.
2. Double-click on dss.exe to run it, and follow the prompts.
3. When the scan is complete, two text files will open - main.txt <- this one will be maximized and extra.txt<-this one will be minimized
4. Copy (Ctrl+A then Ctrl+C) and paste (Ctrl+V) the contents of main.txt and the extra.txt to your post. in your reply
