Flash media conflicts?

Since I downloaded Spybot Home edition a few days ago, I have had loads of trouble with Flash media crashes. I have updated Java and Adobe Flash, and it's still happening. Are there known conflicts with using Spybot with Adobe Flash or with Mozilla? If so, any ideas for fixes?
