problem with system scan

Greetings,
as the title states, I have an issue with the system scan.
I can immunize, update and seemingly do everything but when I click on the system scan icon, after asking me administrator permissions, it seems like the windows of the system scan opens to suddenly close. It is very quick, you only manage to see some white area appearing before disappearing again.

The singularity is that on the windows bar I can see the icon of the system scan window as if it opened normally and was reduced to icon. Nothing happens when I try to open it from there. I also see the window as if it were normally open when I click on the "task view" button on the botton left corner. Same as before, if I try to open it from there nothing happens.

I think that might be related to window sizing being misconfigured somehow or something. I did find what I believe is the window sizing for the system scan window in the registry, but when I deleted that, my system scan window just opened as normal, so it doesn't look like editing that registry key will work, unfortunately. I'm also unsure if uninstalling then reinstalling Spybot would fix that. :)

So in light of that could you contact Spybot support and ask them about it? Thanks.
