lop eared bunnies
Ah, I just know about the rabbits we used to hunt, like cottontails and snowshoes (Don't worry, I haven't done any hunting in thirty years. That was a whole different time.)
But the lops, they're bred for show, right?
;)
Yup.I've seen them shown by this group:
4-H (not real sure if that counts as a word, though.)
Actually 4-H stands for Head, Heart, Hands, and Health. So it's really four words.

Just to set the record right:
The military award for "bravery" (actually "... gallantry and intrepidity at the risk of his life ...") is actually the "Medal of Honor" not the "Congressional Medal of Honor". Reference:

The award give to the Dalai Lama was the "Congressional Gold Medal" not the "Medal of Honor" and there is a big difference.Quote:
The Medal of Honor is the highest military decoration awarded by the United States government. It is sometimes referred to as the Congressional Medal of Honor because the President presents the award "in the name of the Congress".[3] It is bestowed on a member of the United States armed forces who distinguishes himself "…conspicuously by gallantry and intrepidity at the risk of his life above and beyond the call of duty while engaged in an action against an enemy of the United States…"[1] Because of its nature, the medal is commonly awarded posthumously.

Congressional Gold Medals should not be confused with the Medal of Honor (commonly called the "Congressional Medal of Honor"), which is the highest military decoration of the United States.
A Congressional Gold Medal is the highest civilian award which may be bestowed by the United States Congress, the legislative branch of the United States government. The decoration is awarded to any individual who performs an outstanding deed or act of service to the security, prosperity, and national interest of the United States. The honoree need not be an American citizen

I had to look up "Wreckhouse" to get the connection. Newfoundland again?
I certainly have learned more about Newfoundland playing this word game than I ever knew before. National parks, famous sailboat names and now the windiest place in Newfoundland.
Thanks.
Antarctica (allegedly the windiest place on earth).
