Smith and Wesson....
in a movie somewhere there was a quote
powerfulQuote:
Meet my 2 good friends
Mr Smith, Mr Wesson
That quote seems really familiar, but I can't think of the movie it's from. :)
Mighty....
The movie was
Scarface
Tony Montana (Al Pacino)
Oh, I bet that's why it seemed familiar.
I see Tony Montana was based on....
Al Capone
Bulls
Dennis Rodman....
I looked him up, I see he's retired. I think that's the only basketball player I know besides Michael Jordan.
Al Capone was portrayed in the Untouchables, wasn't he? And Robert Stack played Elliott Ness. I used to love Robert Stacks voice. I watched Unsolved Mysteries every chance I got when I was a kid. :)Quote:
thats scary to me
glad I've never had any relatives living in Chicago
basketball
I never kept up with basketball....and seems our hockey team is kinda cooling off this year.
BASEketball....
I've never really cared for hockey too much. Not sure how that goes being Canadian and all. I think maybe Trudeau denounces me by proclamation, and then the rest of the Canadians sing a slightly sarcastic passive-aggressive verse about me during the national anthem, after which we all profusely apologize and go to Tim Hortons afterwards, though I'm not 100% sure on that.
yeah, let's go for drinks!
Sounds good.
I usually have tea, but let's go get a Zombie. I wonder if they still make those. I used to drink them years ago.
Same league as Zombie: :fear:
is a Zombie an alcohol drink?
Yes and I wonder why the Long Island Ice Tea is not displayed in my previous post.
lol! Swiped it when (m/f) wasn't looking.
Yup, a Zombie is an alcoholic drink. There's a recipe here:

I saw an article where it said most of the Titans went Vegan.
Don't know, usually men are a meat n three
Southern
Cooking
That's a lovely idea for a restaurant, and the first I've heard of it.
Fire....
I see "Cooking fire" is a world of warcraft thing, which I don't play, so why that thought plonked into my head, I'll never know.
Some might think I'm crazy but, I always thought it would be so cool to cook using an old fireplace the way pioneers did, kettles and cast iron pots.
Can you imagine a swing arm, over the fire, and a pot hanging from that full of beans
Jack and the beanstalk
Jolly Green Giant
....and Sprout.
I always thought that would be delicious, too. We also used to have a clip that would play on tv up here that showed two people making bannock over an open campfire, and I always thought it looked really delicious.
sure looks delicious but what about the taste?
