I think I fixed it. I downloaded RunAlyzer and deleted something that wasn't familiar and it doesn't show on on the scan anymore.

Right, so Spybot found something called that, and it'll say it fixed it, but of course once I scan again, it's still there. I've followed online guides on it, but none of what they say applies to me....
