I'm not sure how to close this thread but I have fixed this using trojan remover.
Avast identified JS:FakeAV
Avast picked up JS:FakeAV
Deleted all temp internet files and used avast to remove some files.
Turned off system restore and ran virus scan in safe mode to remove files.
Appreciate your help :)
