i wasnt able move ahead with the system so i reformated it, I am ok now
i was to take a backup of the data. kasper log had shown two viruses interesting enough one looks to be related...

I have completed the steps, Kasperkey detected two vruses unfortunately after the scan the internet icon on the system tray froze i was able to save the results and then i shut it down...
