Sorry to reply to my own post but I seem to have found the solution.
As Ask TBar did not appear in Add/Remove Programs, I did a search for it.
I made sure that I included "Look in hidden files...

Spybot finds myway.mywebsearch but cannot delete it because "The file may be in use... can Spybot run again at start up?"
I allow Spybot to run again but get the same message.

It's to do with koolynoody, it has two entries in the registry:

Currently showing 9307 domains immunised. The number I quoted in my original post was correct at the time.
At the moment everything is showing as "immunised".
