I've been looking into this for about a week and have come to the conclusion that Mailskinner.rtk is a false positive that is actually part of Kaspersky internet securitys outlook express anti spam...

Ok well its back again :sad: i did a scan with kaspersky 7.0 which came up clear but after scanning again with Spybot S & D mailskinner.rtk was again detected..
