The system seems to be running fine!

The ESET scan turned up nothing.

1. Teatimer has been disabled.

2. When I ran the tool, after the restart it left me with some icons and two text documents. Wasen't sure if that is normal or not.

How do you get the log file from VirusTotal?

Even though I in no way recognize that file, VirusTotal says it is clean.
