This started happening to me 2 days ago - on 2 different XP computers.
One computer has Zone Alarm, and the other just has Windows Firewall.
Both show Spybot as allowed.

I did 3 tests. On startup it takes 2 mins and 25 secs for TeaTimer to calm down. It was running between 40-60% CPU usage the entire time.

I upgraded SpyBot to 1.6 and TeaTimer works again, but wow this new one is a resource hog!!
I upgraded to the new 1.6 SpyBot. TeaTimer has between 40-60% usages for over 2 mins straight at times. Its annoying.
Also TeaTimer is using 47,904k of memory and I have nothing in the black...

So what is NoIE4StubProcessing? After my install of IE7, TeaTimer msg popped up asking if I wanted to allow or deny NoIE4StubProcessing.
