I checked "Quarantine" and there is nothing in there. I also checked "Detection Configuration" and the only thing in there is rfagent64.exe and it is Allowed.

I disabled Webroot and Defender, uninstalled and reinstalled Spybot.

All five scan menu items still italicized.

Re-installed Webroot and Defender.
