Thank you, Blade. I will have to do this later. I did the restore per your instructions and I tried to uninstall Combofix but it just ran instead and set a new restore point. I aborted and repeated...

ComboFix indicates that Norton Antivirus is running but I still cannot find a way to disable it. The redirects appear to have ended. Here are the ComboFix logs:

ComboFix warned me that Norton Antivirus is running and I cannot locate it to disable it. I did manage to turn off the firewall in the Security Center.
