Pero todas estas "amenzas" al darle a Fix Selected, elimina algo del ordenador?

Cuando hago un analisis con spybot en System Scan me encuentra por ejemplo 11 amenazas, que unas son del registro - windows explorer - winrar, otras cache, otras cookies y otras history, y una adobe...

si, no noto nada raro, excepto un dia me salio al reiniciar wiindows al encerderse salio una pantalla azul con un error y decia nosq de disk... pero no lo pude ver por que paso de pantalla muy...

y de haber sido asi, que por ser un falso positivo me haya eliminado algo del ordenador, lo prodria recuperar o descargar de algun sitio? claro, me diras depende de lo que ha sido eliminado...

te hablo en español mejor jejej, asi que no me ha eliminado nada de nada del ordenador? cosas del ordenador? cosas importantes?
