hello, it only completed up to stage 6 then the laptop shut down again..

i had trouble turning it on: when i press the power button, the light would turn on then off again.. it wouldn't start-up.....

another thing, i to type "C"... i have to press capslock + "c"... shift+c.. doesn't work.. when i type shift + "c", nothing appears.. not "C" nor "c".. is that also malware-related? XD thanks

sir.. about disabling antivirus and antispyware applications in step 2, the spybot S&D won't run and i can't disable it.. but it's on the system tray.. so is it okay to just right-click and click on...
