So based on Bitman's post, I went into TOOLS, OPTIONS, MAIL FORMAT then clicked on using Word to edit and read emails...voila...the delay seems to be gone.

Of course we've thought it was fixed...

Yes, I do believe I was infected! Can you tell me why Spybot, Windows Defender, Ad Aware and Norton did not find this infection? Very strange....
