    No service? Refund, please>

    A week to respond is more than enough time, I think. Sorry, but there is better service out there. I'll be deleting the app and looking for a refund for a service that hasn't been delivered. :-(

    Upgrade still not functioning

    That's what it does for me too (using the German GUI). Can you get your forms sorted out, please? A loop like this should really have been discovered in testing, before the app was updated.
