Ok, I checked the task scheduler as well. Tried restarting both services and made sure they were both on automatic. Vundo still not opening back up.

Okay I located "Secondary logon" which is supposed to be the same as "runas". I did what you told me and when I start Vundo I check the run as Task box. Then it closes and never reopens. Am I...
