start up stalls with desk top showing but task bar not operative (cursor is an hourglass in task bar area) after a long wait the taskbar becomes active and everything behaves normally.

I was only able to remove one or two infrences of java. I am getting the message "error applying transforms, verify the specified transform path are valid"

followed instructions but combofix does not seem to be working correctly. When cfscript.txt is dragged into it, it opens the run menu then shows the progress bar which shows its working, then flashes...
