The internet speed has improved and im yet to have a virus scan message telling me i have bo:heap.

I am getting buffer overflow protection warnings from McAfee with these offending messages:

When i first ran combifix it deleted C:\WINDOWS\system32\sdra64.exe
Rebooted, i waited for the log report, it loaded notepad but notepad was empty. I ran combifix again which gave me this log.
