Well you have to immunize everything, then turn it on to advanced mode, go to settings then to ie and unlock your hosts file... then go to C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc and edit your hosts file to...

Not really a fair assessment, they are the most advertised print company to the "not computer savvy" public... of course you have people that don't get how it works.

I order from them at least...
