I cleaned out my %temp% and changed Spybot setting for the internet connection to same as global...

Checked and updated as suggested, still says more than 8 days since last update.

Yes, I just ran as admin. and still did not change.

I have updated several times and it seems that all the files are updated but it always says "more than 8 days since last update" in the Start Center.
How can I get that to change after I update?
