my firends laptop has some issues. booting takes incredibly long. the os freezes frequently, word and other ms office software freezes and crashes. shutting down sometimes crshes and sometime...

Hi! Things are working quite well. everything but opera is running stable and nearly as fast as new :-)

with opera i'm not sure what might be the problem - sometime it freezes (also the cursor!)...

should i run windows repair again? just in case...?!

hi i just rebooted but I am still not sure what to do with the last point of your instruction - what do you mean with "rerunning"? run fix / run scan / ...???

with this step i had some problems at first - when running it for the first time I realized that after hitting "quick scan" LOP and Purity were checked - I tried to uncheck them (didn't work) and...
