They're running okay right now. Programs that wouldn't work before now are, and I have Windows Defender instead of Spybot. Avast now works after Inherit was used, and I changed all channels to Strong...

Another update here:
I tried uninstalling and reinstalling Spybot. There is now a hidden undeleteable (no matter how many programs I use from File Shredders to Pocket Killbox) named SpybotSD.exe....

So whatever I have has disabled Spybot, so I can't disable the tea timer, and canceled out the Hijack this as it was working. It also won't let me use Microsoft's malicious software removal tool....
