Sorry for the delayed response - I was traveling the last couple of days. I ran the Kaspersky scan and was disappointed to see that the scan was not clean. Here it is - any more advice...

I ran spybot again and found this:

The computer is running much slower than normal - I restared twice and both times it took almost 5 minutes to have an active desktop.
