Given that some applications like ObjectDock (and Vista) assume that applications have a 256x256 32-bit icon, you should add one to each application. I found a PNG Object Dock will take for SpyBot,...
The first option appears to have worked. Thanks.
I have it set to attempt to update on startup. But when it does, it wants me to do something in a window I don't see. I think it wants me to select a server. But there is no window listing servers.
Basically. I would suggest replacing the current form with a multi-select listbox. You would select the items you want. Copying them to the clipboard would have them appear as a REG file there.

I see the latest version does have the Apply button. However, it appears to be an all or nothing affiair. I might need to restore just one entry. Also, I might have to restore that entry after...
Not sure where to put this. If you are infected by New .NET, don't bother attempting to remove it with SpyBot until you reboot into Safe Mode. It will restore any deleted registery entries and...
How? As stated, the clipboard commands didn't work. Standard Windows edit controls don't implement them for you.
Why doesn't RegAlzer have a Undo/Redo capability. I was thinking it had one and that was why I downloaded it. I found out I was mistaken when I deleted the wrong key by mistake. ...
Instead of posting your e-mail address, I suggest asking someone to PM a direct link or at least an offer to send to you if you PM them your address. Sending the PM is much safer than posting your...
To some extent, 2.0 is needed. There are a lot of issues that would be improved on -- if they have time.
Strictly speaking, anything that modifies your Spyware scanner, AV, firewall, or OS could be dangerous. Maybe Pest Patrol is being over zealous.
See this image.
I went to use the images marked "Link to Us". They were missing from that page. I tried both spybot.info and safer-networking.org.
I use SpyBot mainly as a backup for Spy Sweeper. However, when I started SpyBot today, Spy Sweeper blocked it and claimed it was Coolwebsearch.
When I get a new list of virus fingerprints, I will be posting that to my new blog at http://virus-tracker.blogspot.com/. If you have anti-viral software other than what I use, I may arrange for you...
Reinstalling appears to have worked. Got me a definition update too. I do not use the /TASKBARHIDE option.
SpyBot isn't starting for me at all now. Can someone help please?:(
It usually happens when a scheduled scan is attempting to start or I attempt to run SpyBot from the TeaTimer SysTray icon. When I started the program from TeaTimer, it displayed the update reminder...
Well, I doubt I will use that program again. (That was why I was just going with the patch program.) However, I think I followed the instructions correctly. Will see soon.
Same thing I think. I need a link to somewhere outside the forum or it will not work.
It was that other patch system that I was attempting to download. That post appears to have been by MD_USA_SPYBOT_FAN.
I have no idea what Reshacker is. What I was trying to download what that file patch.zip mentioned in the post http://forums.spybot.info/showthread.php?t=122#post_message_2670 above in this thread.
Sorry. The patch.zip link for TeaTimer.
You appear to misunderstand. In Firefox, I have to use FlashGot to intercept the download. That changes all menu items. FlashGot is very good at intercepting downloads.
Firefox 1.5 appears to think the link is the actual file. It is redirect. The download is itself redirected by the Firefox extension FlashGot to Reget, an external downloader that speeds the...
