i've incounter problems like yours before.....what i did is i've installed not just one anti-spyware....but three.....to completely remove the spyware its because one anti spyware cannot remove all...

other than that...none!!!i only have a basic firewall on windows....and everything is doing fine before.....what i mean i can play rakion even my anti virus is there.....it really happens when i do...

gee...im a newbie here to...but i dont have the same problem as yours....though im experiencing other problems too.....well i think before you do scan and fix some problems...you should better update...
