I just did a complete uninstall of everything Spybot including reboots and then reinstalled
V1.6.2 and tried to update it again. Same issue with it downloading updates from 2008.

Seems to be cookies from Opera .. using latest version of Opera 9.5
And I have my browsers set to clear all history on exit ... So I don't
know why these cookies are not clearing .. could be a bug...

Spybot is at the version you mentioned.
It seems to be the Cookies that are not being immunized.
Seems odd, given that in all prior immunizations the total
unprotected...

Just updated the definitions on June 14, 2008 and after running the
immunization, it says there are 192 still unprotected. This update was
done from within the program itself.
